The label Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is a fairly broad term used to group heating and cooling contractors together. This is a tidy label; however, within the industry, certain factors set some HVAC contractors apart, and Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning’s expertise and service do just that.

Glasco’s technicians are certified through the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) organization, which is the premier training program within the heating and cooling industry. Other programs train and test, and then certify their technicians; however, NATE performs testing only – and its rigorous testing shows the safety practices and installation and service factors that a technician encounters in the field on a daily basis. Technicians must also re-certify every five years to maintain NATE status.

Both owners of Glasco, Robert Fresen and Paul Russo, carry an S1 License awarded by the state of Connecticut, which allows Glasco’s technicians to perform all heating and cooling work with regard to installation and service, along with piping work. Without this license, HVAC contractors are limited in the scope of their work. Glasco’s S1 License means we are certified and trained to expertly perform any HVAC work that you need.

Additionally, Russo holds an Engineering degree, which gives our company an edge in training our technicians and performing custom-design work. To further serve our customers, Glasco’s full-service extends to our metal shop, giving customers access to our custom-designed ductwork to suit your home’s needs.

We are proud of our customer service, revealed recently through an independent third party. Glasco’s customers rate us 95 percent in customer satisfaction. We think this showcases our efforts to provide high-quality work and to put our customers first.

Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning serves the entire state of Connecticut, and has done so by promoting good customer service, strong technical skills and custom-design services since 1994. For your heating and cooling needs, contact Glasco anytime. We will be happy to answer your questions or get your installation work started.

Our goal is to help educate our customers about energy and home comfort issues (specific to HVAC systems).
