In addition to our installation crews, Glasco employs several licensed Service Technicians. We are always looking for new techs who can move up in our ranks to keep us growing, in order to meet our expanding customer demand.
Our service technicians are practiced in the three “P’s”: Prepared, Professional and Productive. We believe in striving to provide prompt, professional and efficient service to all our customers.
We place a high priority on warranty service. If we installed it, we stand behind it – it’s that simple. We offer 24/7 emergency service and maintenance agreements to keep your equipment running at optimum efficiency, to maintain the comfort of your home season after season.
Our office staff is available to make appointments and provide customer service Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. After hours, weekends and holidays, our calls are sent to an answering service that will forward emergency calls to our on-call technician.
We stress the importance and value of our preventative maintenance plan. We don’t just inspect your system; we clean, test and follow manufacturers’ recommendations for seasonal maintenance on all types and brands of HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) and IAQ (indoor air quality) equipment, such as humidifiers and air cleaners.
We are especially concerned about any equipment that can leak water if not properly maintained or serviced. Water damage can be destructive to your home, depending on where your equipment is located, and how much water leaks from the following equipment:
